I had great test shoot with Rosana down in Miami last week.  I made the 5 hour roadtrip down and back in one day.   Another reminder to not ever be too complacent or satisfied.   Its how we get better.   Thanks so much to Rosana for making it happen, scouting some amazing locations and smiling through a whirlwind afternoon.   And thanks to Flip hanging around Miami to help me out.  He even spoke Portuguese.

I had the pleasure of shooting a few fun ones of Kristen out in Arizona.  We were on a shoot for Can-Am and made a little time for some personal work.  If you have an idea, make it happen.  There is never going to be a better time and its never going to get easier.  Thanks Kristin and thank you Ian.  That desert is pretty mystical around sunset.

Every year we head out to Montana to shoot for SkiDoo. We land in Bozeman, I load a roll of film and we take our sweet time down that long, winding road to Yellowstone. Its the one trip that my brother-in-law, ex-assistant Brett, still won't give up. It's just tradition. We always stop at some cozy diner and find many places along the roadside to jump out, freeze our asses off and become enamored with the sights of the West. We usually find ourselves settling on some folk radio station, put our feet up on the dash and ride out. Its moments like these that I'm appreciative of. And even more so when I relive it through the photos. Till next year, Weeds...

I traveled back up to Jacksonville last week to print the 2nd series newsprint, ALL_DAY.  I can't get over how enjoyable it has been to go through the process of shooting, designing and printing this promo.   We spend so much time looking at our images on a screen that when I get the chance to turn a page with my fingers, it's very rewarding.  Thanks again to Ian for coming along for the ride, shooting some clips and putting together this little abstract montage.  If you are interested in getting on the list to receive one, please email me and let me know.  I'd be happy to add you.
