Charleston…by way of Savannah

Katy and Jeff know how to get married and party at the same time. The mint juleps amidst the beautiful low-country plantation sure beats the hell out of fizzy flavored Koolaid at the local Community Center. it was a downright honor to be there.

Dana and I made a little roadtrip out of the opportunity. It was just like old times… peaceful, uninterrupted conversations broken only by my urge to pull over and take photos of random things along the way.

We stopped in Savannah on the way up. We figured 3 hrs was plenty of driving for one day. Well….and we wanted to see what this Paula Deen hype was really all about.

I got a new lens the day before we left, so I challenged myself to the ‘ol ONE LENS / ONE CAMERA / ONE ROLL OF FILM game.
